Hudson Valley Community College Freshman linebacker Nick Gilbo (Moriah Central/Port Henry) earned Second-Team Defensive All-American honors on Monday afternoon.
Gilbo was tied for second in the conference, averaging 9.0 tackles per game and finished with 72 total tackles. He also led the Vikings with five sacks on the year.
Earlier this month Gilbo earned All-Region III and First-Team All-Conference honors.
